About us

We are Louisa and Duncan Dettmer, Kent based full-time photographers.  We’ve been happily married since the early 2000’s, have two wonderful boys and we have had the pleasure of photographing hundreds and hundreds of wonderful weddings and events for over the decades.

I know that no two couples, families and weddings are the same, so we treat each wedding as the unique and special event that it is. We really listen to what you want for your big day, and then work to make that happen.

Myself and Duncan work as a team together and as you can imagine, being a married couple, this works incredibly well!!

Our open and friendly approach means you can relax and enjoy being photographed.  We love to provide images that make you smile and recall all the wonderful moments from the day both now and for years to come.

Our photos have been on the front cover of 9 bridal magazines, something we are very proud of (pic’s below).

We would love to meet you in person and hear about your plans for your big day. We can answer any questions you may have and show you lots of examples of our work.  I say ‘work’ and although it seems such a cliché, we really are privileged to find ourselves doing a job we are passionate about.
