Frequently Asked Questions
Are you both full-time photographers?
Yes, we are both full-time award-winning wedding photographers. We focus solely on weddings and are fully committed to giving your special day the time and dedication it deserves.
Do you have insurance?
We have full public liability and indemnity insurance. Top Tip: Please do not book any wedding supplier who is not adequately insured, be it your photographer, videographer or car hire company.
How many photographs do you take during the day?
There are no limits to the number of photographs taken during the day as every wedding is different. After edit, we aim to provide over 800 images.
Do you back-up my photos?
Yes. We make two copies of your photographs on optical discs, two copies on external hard drive and we upload them to our secure cloud server. We also provide a copy of your image files on USB as your own personal back up which will be available to collect asap after your wedding – We aim for a lead time of between two and six weeks but this may vary on extra busy times of the year.
How do we book you?
To confirm a booking with us, we require a completed booking form, signed contract and deposit of £400. Once we are in receipt of those three elements of your booking, all of your information will be transferred to our booking system and calendars. We will send through booking confirmations and receipts for your records and look forward to arranging our catch up meeting which will be held approximately one or two months before the big day itself!
Are there any extra or hidden charges?
No, our package is an all-inclusive price, there are no extra charges unless you wish to choose one of our optional albums or make changes to the albums. For example, adding more pages or upgrading the parent books to the larger albums.
How many photographs do we choose for our books?
We ask that you choose approximately 80 photographs for your album, but don’t forget you will already have access to the files of all of your photographs should you wish to produce any additional prints.
Is my deposit/booking fee refundable?
I’m afraid your deposit is non-refundable. For further details check the contract at the time of booking.
What does it mean when you say I get all the photographs on USB and Download?
You will receive the copies of each photograph from your online gallery on USB as full resolution jpeg’s. These are your personal back-up copies and you may use them however you wish, except for resale.

Are our photos online for friends and family to see?
Included within our package is the uploading of your photographs on our password protected gallery and shop. Your photos will be available to view and buy as individual jpegs and prints. After we have received your permission to go ahead with the upload, we will inform you of the password and you are welcome to share this with your friends and family.
Can we buy traditional prints?
We have a secure online shop which you, your family and friends can access to purchase prints which will be delivered directly to the buyer’s homes. We use a professional photographic lab for the printing and the quality is fantastic.
Do you require a meal?
We ask that we are provided with just the hot main meal from your wedding breakfast or similar hot meal from the Hotel bar menu for example, which is usually more cost effective.
What equipment are you using?
We only use professional full frame Canon cameras and lenses and have a back-up equipment just in case.

August 29, 2026Louisa & Duncan are just amazing! After meeting them at a wedding fayre at Detling, we knew that they were the perfect photographers for us & our wedding. It is difficult to even explain how amazing they both are, they are just incredible at their jobs and it is so clear to see how much they love doing what they do. Even though we got married on what ended up being one of the hottest days of the year, Louisa & Duncan didn't let the sun or the heat stop them! They captured every shot we wanted and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. Having two of them photographing really gives them a special edge to their photography. We had the formal shots that we wanted and had the luxury of having those more informal, personal photographs that happen in the moment whilst you're getting ready for a photo. We would recommend Louisa & Duncan to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer because they are absolutely amazing at what they do. They create such a comfortable atmosphere, so many of our guests have commented on how comfortable Louisa & Duncan made them feel and amazing and versatile they were too. Nothing was too much trouble and they both went above and beyond; Duncan helped to source pins for the button holes and Louisa saved the day with a re-hydration sachet when my husband became ill from the heat.They were more than just photographers; they were such a huge part of our day. We can't praise Louisa & Duncan enough for the amazing job they did and how beautiful our photos are. We are so grateful to them both for our beautiful photos; we truly cannot thank you both enough!
July 23, 2026Louisa and Duncan were the photographers for our wedding at Leeds Castle. Throughout the whole process they have been amazing and very professional. From the very first introductory call, we got the feeling that we would be in very good hands, and this was true up to the last minute of the day itself. They arrived early, prepared and were flexible enough to adjust to the day's plan. They allowed for time to take all the shots and group pictures we wanted. The two also knew the grounds very well which gave us some amazing looking pictures. Our guests have also had nothing but the best to say for Louisa and Duncan which goes to show the level of care they put in their work not only for the married couple but for everyone involved. The full album of pictures took about three weeks to come out and we could not have been happier with the results. I relieve the day through every shot and would highly recommend Louisa and Duncan to anyone looking to capture their special day.

July 6, 2026Louisa came highly recommended by our venue, and from our very first consultation, we knew we were in great hands. We spent time talking through everything we wanted from our wedding photos, the style we loved, and all of the special moments that were important to us. They completely understood our vision and made us feel so confident that they would capture our day exactly as we had imagined. Having Louisa and Duncan there on the day was amazing. While Louisa was capturing all of the key moments, Duncan was able to capture so many beautiful candid moments that we otherwise would have missed. Looking back through our gallery, it’s those natural, unposed moments that are some of our absolute favourites. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, and we had quite a bit of rain and a very cold day. However, this didn’t faze them at all. They adapted so effortlessly and still managed to create the most stunning photos. They also thought of all the little things that you don’t even realise matter in the moment. I remember being so cold, and Louisa kept reminding me to stand tall, relax my shoulders, and smile so I didn’t look freezing in the photos! It’s those little details that made such a difference. We were also so impressed with how quickly they delivered our gallery. Seeing our photos for the first time brought back so many wonderful memories, and we couldn’t be happier with them. They captured the day so beautifully giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. Thank you both for everything you did to make our day so special. July 2, 2026We can’t thank Louisa and Duncan enough for capturing our perfect wedding day. From the first meeting we knew they were the ones for us, so much so that we paid the deposit before we got back to the car! Communication was great leading up and through out the day, making us feel comfortable and assured! They took every photo we asked for and even more, going above and beyond for us. They blended so well with the guests that you would have thought they were invited along! The guests also had lovely words to say about them both. June 24, 2026Louisa and Duncan were absolutely amazing from start to finish and we couldn’t have wished for better photographers. They ran our day for us in terms of timings and where to be and we didn’t even have to think. They were so attentive to both us and our guests with trying to find shade for our photos (it was such a hot day for us)!! But mostly they were just genuine happy people who you can just tell love what they do. Having the two photographers meant that different angles were captured which we absolutely loved. June 22, 2026We honestly couldn’t have asked for better wedding photographers than Louisa & Duncan. From the moment they arrived, they were so much more than photographers. They helped keep the morning running smoothly, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and ready on time. They even stepped in to help the groomsmen with their ties and buttonholes, which really shows how much they cared about making the day stress-free. Throughout the day they were incredibly organised, professional, and approachable. So many of our guests commented on how friendly they were, and it genuinely felt like we’d known them for years. They blended in so naturally that having our photos taken felt relaxed and comfortable rather than staged or awkward. One of the things we love most about our gallery is the huge variety of photographs they captured. They took so many beautiful candid shots of our guests, couples, and groups, as well as stunning photos from different angles that really tell the story of the day. They managed to capture moments we didn’t even realise were happening. We were absolutely amazed to receive over 1,000 professionally edited photos within just two weeks of the wedding. Having those memories back so quickly was such a wonderful surprise. Several guests have even said they would use Louisa & Duncan themselves if they ever get married in the future, which says everything about the impression they made. June 9, 2026I can’t quite put into words how amazing Louisa and Duncan are! From our initial meeting to the day of the wedding they were spot on! We went to their home for our initial meeting and immediately felt comfortable and in safe hands. We got to see their beautiful client photos and got to know them more and we knew straight away they were the one. They were in constant communication throughout our journey and made sure all the little details were down to a tee. From making sure we got all the family photos we wanted, to removing the little items in the way of our photos like a little thermostat box in the getting ready room. It’s the little things we wouldn’t think of on the day but would look at after and notice that they picked up on. All our guests said how amazing they both were, they’re so friendly and really cared about getting the shots we wanted. Duncan was in the bushes at times making sure he got the best shot for us and it really shows in the quality of their photos. We were told it would be 2-3 weeks to receive our photos and we got them in less than 2. When they arrived, we were stunned, the quality of the photos, the professional website just everything was amazing. We honestly couldn’t have wished for better photographers, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. So professional, friendly, caring and having 2 photographers meant we got the 2 perceives which make such a difference. We cannot thank you enough!

May 27, 2026We recently got married on 2nd April 2026 and had Louisa and Duncan as our photographers and they were amazing! The attention to all the small details and making me and my husband and all our guests feel so comfortable they really fitted in as if they were part of the wedding party! I have to say if you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding I would highly recommend. Louisa and Duncan made us both laugh and were there on hand to help with little things like helping with my dress or sorting out the groomsman’s pocket squares it’s the small details that didn’t go un missed. We received our photos back so quickly after the wedding and they are absolutely beautiful words can’t even describe how stunning the photo are and the memories of the day in them. They gave really good advice on how to get the best pictures on the day, with their experience at the venue - it was super helpful. On the day, they made both us and the guests feel really comfortable, and were happy to accomodate our guests requests. Would recommend them to anyone, and really liked the candid shots Duncan took.

They made us feel so comfortable and were brilliant at getting people together for photos so that they were done pretty quick so we could enjoy our time with our guest. They checked in with us to make sure we were happy and were great with any changes we made on the day. They captured so many things they we hadn't even thought of and we are really happy with our photos. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding!

When we first enquired, instead of just sending a quote, they invited us to have a proper call to chat through what we wanted from the day. It felt so personal and immediately put us at ease. On the wedding day they were calm, organised and kept everything running to time without it ever feeling rushed. October 18, 2025A wedding is a once in a lifetime experience and for that you want once in a lifetime photographers and Louisa and Duncan are that! From the very first call, Louisa made us feel so special, she was accommodating to our requests, made expert suggestions and took all the stress out of wedding photos. On the day itself, my bridesmaids and I laughed more than we ever have - we had so much fun getting ready, with Louisa and Duncan capturing every moment and making us laugh, keeping me calm, making sure not a single moment was missed. From candid photos to beautiful poses to full on action shots (falconry, dancing, an unplanned aisle dip) Louisa and Duncan captured the essence of the day and made us all feel so beautiful. More than that, they felt like part of the group. My family, friends, all my guests couldn't wait to tell me how fun and friendly they are. They went above and beyond, helping the boys with their button holes and making sure we all looked and felt our best. Ultimately, the photos speak for themselves - the weather we had wasn't the best (British weather in September) but you'd never know it from the results. If we could do it all again, we would. October 5, 2025Louisa and Duncan added to the whole wedding experience, we could not imagine having had anyone else. Incredibly friendly it felt like they were guests at the wedding. The photographs are stunning and truly captured the day in a way you just don't expect photography to do. They were fantastic with the family, knowing exactly what to say to get the best image (who else would think to say 'look at your favourite child!'). They took control, in a gentle way, and guided us through the whole day, capturing and creating magic moments. September 8, 2025From the first video call with Louisa I knew she was the photographer for us, she made me feel at ease straight away. Louisa and Duncan were amazing together, they knew exactly what we needed without us asking! Louisa eased my mind in the last call and said nothing was too much to ask even if it wasn’t photography, which for someone who was stressed was such a relief to know there was an extra person there to help on the day. They kept our timings perfect, guided us as we don’t really get our photos taken and were very easy to work with. We couldn’t recommend them more. July 28, 2025From the very first call with Louisa and Duncan, we knew we were in safe hands - but on the day of our wedding, they completely exceeded all of our expectations. They were nothing short of brilliant. On what could have been a chaotic, overwhelming day, Louisa and Duncan brought such a calming presence. They made both myself and my husband feel so relaxed and at ease, which honestly made a huge difference. They made the experience feel effortless and enjoyable - it felt more like having two hilarious, talented friends by our side, rather than traditional photographers. Speaking of hilarious, they had us (and our guests) in stitches all day. So many of the candid photos of us laughing are 100% genuine, and probably because one of them had just cracked a joke or made a witty comment behind the camera. They brought out so much joy in the people they were photographing, and you can feel that joy in the pictures. They also worked seamlessly with our videographer, which was so impressive to see. They coordinated with him in a way that was completely natural and unobtrusive, which meant the day flowed beautifully without any awkward interruptions or staging. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. We had countless people comment on how friendly, professional, and fun they were. In fact, two couples who are currently planning their own weddings were so impressed that they asked us for Louisa and Duncan’s details right then and there! One of the things that meant the most to me personally was how patient and kind they were with our families. For example my 92 year old grandmother, who doesn’t particularly enjoy having her photo taken these days, was treated with such warmth and respect. Louisa and Duncan took their time, never rushed her, and made her feel completely comfortable. That meant more to us than I can express. And then… the photos arrived. Wow! They captured EVERYTHING. From the big emotional moments to the tiny, fleeting details, the laughter, the dancing, the stolen glances… every single photo brings us right back to that moment. The quality, creativity, and sheer beauty of their work is on another level. We now have such an incredible collection of photos that tell the full story of our wedding day - and choosing our favourites is going to be an impossible task (but the best kind of problem to have!). If you’re a couple currently planning your wedding and you’re looking for photographers who are not only unbelievably talented, but also genuinely lovely people to be around - look no further. I would recommend Louisa and Duncan with my whole heart. They brought such light, laughter, and professionalism to our day, and gave us memories we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Louisa and Duncan on a few occasions now and their level of professionalism off the camera marries up with the sheer brilllance on camera. Their standard is next level !!! This solidifies one of the main reasons they are highly recommended and preferred supplier at some of Kents top wedding venues. I am literally blown away by how Louisa captures my energy and the enjoyment in the room. The vibrance and vibe of the day literally jumps out of the photo, LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!! July 18, 2025We had the absolute pleasure of having Louisa and Duncan as our wedding photographers earlier this month at Eastwell Manor. I cannot speak highly enough of your professionalism, although delivered in such a warm and genuine manner - so much so that guests have since raved about just how amazing you were. Both of you were so helpful on the day also, going well above and beyond what you were there to do, and we could not be more grateful for everything you did for us. The planning process and attention to detail was incredible, you were able to remove all of the stress and worry of ensuring that we had the right pictures with the right people at the right time - with there always being candid shots to mirror the posed. The photographs, received 11 days after our wedding, are unbelievable. They perfectly capture the day spectacularly with a lovely mix of formal and candid shots but in a stunningly artistic way. From the first meeting to the day itself was smooth and made easy from their calm nature and years experience knowing where to be and what to do. They completely captured our big day with some amazing shots of our family and friends which will stay with us forever and we’ll be forever grateful. June 6, 2025We chose Louisa and Duncan to photograph our April 2025 wedding because we loved the look of their bright and natural style, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The photos we received (extremely quickly!) are of course stunning and will be treasured forever, but we also really appreciated how seamless the whole booking process was (quick replies, everything very clearly explained), and how organised Louisa was on the day and in the months before – her experience is extremely evident and invaluable! Louisa and Duncan also added so much to our wedding day. They made us feel totally at ease and were actually responsible for some of our favourite memories (e.g. “now look at your favourite sister!”). June 3, 2025Jack and I got married on the 2nd of May and had Louisa and Duncan photograph our day — and we honestly couldn't have asked for better people to capture it. We met Louisa a few weeks before the wedding, and she immediately put us at ease. She took the time to go through everything with us — who our family members were, what kind of photos we were hoping for, and just really made us feel like we were in safe hands. On the day, both Louisa and Duncan were amazing. They were so calm and professional, and somehow managed to be everywhere without ever feeling intrusive. One of the things I loved most was that they captured so many of our guests — friends, family, couples — even ones we hadn’t specifically asked for. There are beautiful shots of people on their own or with their partners, which feels like such a thoughtful touch. It means our guests have their own special little keepsake from the day too, not just group shots with us. Everyone had such lovely things to say about them — our guests couldn’t praise them more. And now that we’ve got our photos, people keep asking how on earth we’re going to choose which ones to print. Honestly… we have no idea. Every single one is stunning. We actually got the gallery back while we were still on our honeymoon, and we looked through it in a little café. We just sat there and cried. Happy tears, of course — but they brought all the emotions flooding back. I still get emotional every time I look at them. Louisa and Duncan, thank you so much. October 25, 2024Louisa and Duncan are an incredible photography team. They worked intuitively and instinctively together, causing a minimal amount of interference to our day - we were a little concerned how we would feel having two professional cameras pointed at us all day but Louisa and Duncan made it all feel very natural. They both helped keep the day moving and ensured that guests weren't needlessly waiting for group photographs to be taken. In the morning, they were both invaluable to us while we were getting ready; straightening ties, providing tissues for a very emotional bride and mother-of-the-bride, and readjusting my veil and train for every single shot. As a result, we have hundreds of photos which capture fantastic memories of the day. We have photos of guests chatting who had never met before; we have stunning shots of us as a newly married couple enjoying each other's company away from the main party; we even have photos of our rubber duck mascot getting up to all kinds of mischief around the wedding venue (orchestrated by Duncan!)! They both quickly worked out what was important to us as a couple and ensured all our requests were met - even going above and beyond, as I said, to include our rubber duck! We cannot thank Louisa and Duncan enough for their professionalism and hard work, which has provided us with priceless memories for the rest of our lives.

Louisa and Duncan worked very effectively as a team on the day, they really captured the atmosphere and happiness of the occasion. August 26, 2024Since meeting Louisa and Duncan at Bluewater wedding fair we knew we wanted them as our photographers, and even worked our wedding date around their availability as we didn’t want to have a long engagement (within the year). They had such a warm and welcoming vibe and the idea of having two angles (and capturing the more natural parts of the day) was really appealing, not to mention the amazing portfolio they had. Neither of us are particularly comfortable in front of the camera but Louisa was absolutely amazing, and made us feel much less awkward (I think the compliments she gave us definitely helped!). She genuinely cared about making sure we had all the photos we wanted with all the people we wanted, and even though we had a general plan for timings was also flexible and worked around anything that came up (e.g we spent a little longer at the drinks reception than planned which meant a slight dash for photos whilst everyone else was occupied, and we were even driven down to some gardens we loved the look of to take those photos). She and our videographer also scouted out somewhere just over the road from our venue to get some sunset photos which we hadn’t originally planned for (as you can’t predict the weather), but I’m so glad they thought to do this! From what I saw on the day the photos are going to be beautiful and I can’t wait to see them, highly recommend to anyone else looking for photographers for their wedding day! Thank you so much!
June 21, 2024Louisa and Duncan are amazing! They shot our wedding at the start of June and immediately put everyone at ease in front of the camera. Our photos were back with us so quickly and we absolutely love them. We didn't stop smiling and laughing all day, resulting in many an unattractive face I'm sure, but somehow they've got some really stunning photos with acceptable facial expressions. Heading into the day we had a lot of photo requests for them to work through, but my goodness was it efficient. They were both so lovely and accommodating of extra requests aswell and were more than happy to go hunting for guests for us for last minute photos. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and direction on the day, and for the amazing photos we now have.
June 11, 2024I cannot recommend Louisa and Duncan enough! They are incredible photographers and lovely to work with, ourselves and our guests really enjoyed our day with them. When you book with Louisa and Duncan it is a great experience. They are so effective with their communication that I felt confident going in to the day and throughout. We had a thorough chat before the wedding to discuss any shots we wanted and we got every single one of them and many more. At one point in the day, I asked for someone to show me what the wedding breakfast looked like and Duncan was ready with photos for me to see and made me feel at ease! Louisa took gorgeous getting ready photos of my bridal party and made us feel at ease- we all laughed the whole way through, which is exactly what I needed! Having two photographers means you get two angles of each photo, making some feel more candid and some more portrait. Every single one of them is perfect though. We went through the orchard at our venue and they crawled on the ground and through trees to get the perfect shots of us. They were also amazing at gaining and holding children’s attention! They were kind and polite to all guests, but took charge of the situation to get the photos we wanted, which was a weight of our shoulders. I am also so grateful that they took photos of our guests. It’s a lovely touch and our guests love the photos too. Some guests even commenting that if they get married or if they had met them before they had, they would be their chosen photographers. They went above and beyond for us and you only need to look at their portfolio to know they would for you as well. Thank you so much!

The photos they have taken are absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. As someone who personally struggles and finds it awkward to be photographed, i can honestly say i felt confident, beautiful and calm throughout all thanks to there kind nurturing nature. March 17, 2024We used Louisa for our wedding on 15th July 2023, and it was the best decision. Not only were our photos beautiful, despite the weather challenges on the day! We got the photos back quicker than we expected and Louisa and Duncan captured the day perfectly. A little personal touch on the day, was Louisa taking a moment with me to just help me stay calm and focused when the nerves got a bit much! November 2, 2023We have received the most amazing wedding photos from Louisa and Duncan. Our family and friends are raving about them too. From the first Zoom meeting we knew Louisa and Duncan were the right people for our wedding photography. We met in person before the day to plan what we wanted from the photos. We wanted a relaxed and informal wedding and the photos 100% capture that. The posed photos together with the fun, cheeky ones just sum up our day and when the moon suddenly appeared and I asked Louisa could it work, she ran for her lighting and we've got the most amazing moonlit photos. Louisa and Duncan are professional but fun (we had lots of laughter), unobtrusive but there if you need them, thoughtful, innovative and just so easy to get along with. September 28, 2023Louisa and Duncan Thank you will never be enough for how amazing you both were leading up to and on our wedding day. We postponed our wedding due to covid and Louisa was so accommodating and more than happy to move to our new wedding date. Louisa’s communication before our wedding was amazing, no question was ever unanswered and she made us feel so relaxed, listened to all our requests and made a list to make sure all the photos we requested were taken on the big day. From the moment Louisa and Duncan arrived at our wedding venue they got to work making sure they photographed every aspect of our wedding from my shoes, flowers, bridesmaids, to every detail of my dress, the venue, groomsmen and our lovely guests. Our bridal party complimented you both on how friendly you both are and how you made everyone feel at ease. Although we had a lot of photo requests for our day we got through them in a timely manner and had fun doing so, Louisa and Duncan made us laugh and giggle along the way. July 11, 2023Louisa and Duncan photographed our wedding recently and we couldn't be happier. We prefer candid to posed photography which was what drew us to their style originally. They put us completely at ease throughout the big day and captured some beautiful shots of our little boy and nieces playing. They made the booking process super easy during the pandemic and then had a lovely welcome zoom call nearer the time of our wedding. January 14, 2022Where do I start, this pair stood out when we were searching for wedding photographers, due to their stunning portfolio of photographs and because in person they are so happy, friendly, warm and welcoming, they certainly put you at ease and we knew they were the ones for our wedding day. Louisa and Duncan are a wonderful couple and they are amazing, talented, professional photographers, they captured our day so beautifully. We absolutely love our photographs of our wedding at the Orangery and the gorgeous Lapa by the Lakeside setting. We shared fun and laughter on our special day, sharing a joke along the way and they were brilliant with our guests and children. True professionals and it felt like they were friends that we had known for years. Anyone getting married should choose these guys , you will not be disappointed. Amazing people, amazing work and we totally recommend them.

The photos themselves were outstanding and amount of guests who came back to us asking who are photographers were and how amazing the photos were made us feel we made the right decision by choosing them.
