Rosalind & Christopher

We were so pleased to be a part of the big day for Rosalind and Christopher who were married at the Marriott Tudor Park Hotel – a venue close to our hearts as it’s the one in which Duncan and I had our own wedding reception very many moons ago.

It was fab to share the prep time at the hotel with all of the girls and to work again alongside the wonderful Collette from I Do Bridal Hair and Makeup (you can also catch up with Collette at the Salon ‘The Iris’ in Maidstone).

The girls were all in good spirits in the morning and could see the preparations for the ceremony from their room  overlooking the beautiful Gazebo ceremony area.  The grounds looked stunning with the cherry tree blossom in full bloom, so pretty and in perfect coordination to the Bridesmaids dresses and floral bouquets.

Rosalind looked gorgeous as she made her way through the tree lined path towards Christopher waiting with a big smile at the end of the aisle.

The sun shone and despite it being a little windy, guests were happily treated to drinks on the patio whilst all of the requested family groups were photographed.  We then headed off for a brief few shots with Bridesmaids and Best Man and the couples adorable daughter in the grounds before a little wander with the couple alone.  Rosalind and Christopher were a dream to photograph as their love for each other was plain to see and there were lots of giggles and cuddles.  Some of my favourite shots from the day as the couple walked through a tunnel of confetti thrown by their friends and family.

The team at The Tudor Park worked alongside us to ensure all was in place for the couple to sit for a lovely meal followed by their evening disco which all went without a hitch.

I left the couple to dance the night away surrounded by friends and family knowing it had been a really lovely day for all.
