Sophie and Eliot’s day was magical from start to finish!  Sophie had lots of family travelling from afar and really made a family occasion extra special by staying with them for the days leading up to the wedding at the wonderful Medley Court in the grounds of the stunning Hever Castle.

She combined something new, with her fabulous pink shoes, with something old, her beautiful earrings which were a family heirloom and looked absolutely stunning in her gown.

Her brother had the privilege of walking her down the aisle and his pride was clear to see as he saw her for the first time and walked her down the aisle towards a waiting Eliot at St Marys Church Chiddingstone.

The Ceremony was an emotional one, as Sophie and Eliot saw each other and exchanged their vows and promises.  After the ceremony, the couple left the church under a shower of confetti to their awaiting vintage car.  Eliot whisked his bride around to some of their favourite memorable places in the area whilst their guests made their way on foot the short journey through the wooded path and over the bridge to the nearby Chiddingstone Castle.

We had not shot at Chiddingstone before but found it to be a very special venue.  The couple socialised with their guests to the sound of live music in the Victorian Orangery before taking advantage of the beautiful grounds for shots with family, friends and a little wander together.  Dinner and speeches were taken in the panelled room within the castle and we left as the couple and family danced the night away to the sound of their DJ and percussionist.
