Candy and Chris

We had all waited for Candy and Chris’ big day at Winters Barns for such a long time after the covid disruption, but it really was such a beautiful one!
On our arrival, makeup by Liss and hair by Kerrie were underway and the girls were looking stunning.  The boys arrived as planned and headed to the Groom Room at Winters Barns to change into their suits.  Its such a convenience that both Bride and Groom are able to get ready at the venue and one of the many great things about Winters Barns, along with a fabulous team who look after you on the day.

The weather was changeable to say the least and the outdoor ceremony needed to be moved indoors at relatively short notice, which was no problem for the Team and meant that Candy and Chris instead said their vows in the beautiful barn.  Thankfully, straight after the Ceremony the sun came out and we were able to enjoy the gorgeous landscaped gardens to the max!

It was a joy to spend time mingling with Candy and Chris, their two kids and their friends and family who ensured the couple were surrounded by love and laughter for the whole day.  The couple were such good fun and it shows in their photographs.  With all the postponements, Candy and I had lots of chats since their original booking so I knew we were in for a fab day!  One of my highlights was the Mr & Mrs quiz just before their first dance, soooo funny!!

The dancefloor was immediately packed and we left the couple dancing the night away in various hats, masks and twirling around funny props – what a start to married life!
